A Little Bit of Heaven (SUP 18-007), with recent upgrades and remodeling, is a private guest home. Our community is a custom-home neighborhood. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. This home is one story making it great for kids and grandparents alike. There is a detached WFH heated office that is perfect for those who are working from home and need a bit more privacy for meetings. This home is a fan favorite for a reason!

Our lofted cabin in the woods features an open-concept living area and spacious movie theater den. The deck provides a second living area with wooded mountain views. All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.
