Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!
