Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Outside, ample parking-including your boat, battery charging station, fire pit, huge porch, hammock and much more. Children will enjoy 2 swings, a tree fort and a fully equipped playhouse. Play area is remote from neighbors and roads. All on an acre w/ a small creek. As your host less than 5 minutes away, I'll do my best to make your stay wonderful!
