Only a 2 minute walk from Eisenhower State Park and 10 minute drive to downtown Denison. You will have everything you need from a lake and trail adventure to a day of exploring downtown Denison, visiting coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, farmers market and more!

The Pine on Green Acres

Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Resting Sequoia

Gated 5 acres property that is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.

CRAFTSMAN BUILT TWO STORY LAKE HOUSE

This custom built lake house is great for families, friends or small groups. One bedroom, half bath and living area downstairs. Another bedroom, full bath, living area and kitchen upstairs. The perfect place to stay for your guided fishing trip or bring your own boat up and enjoy everything Lake Texoma has to offer. You’ll find our place accommodating and relaxing. Have your coffee or cold beverage and enjoy the second story deck. Kick back in the comfy couches, you will enjoy this visit!

The Orange Place

Orange, which is our 4 grandsons' favorite color, has excellent accommodation's for adults, w/ everything needed for a 2 or 30 night stay. Outside, ample parking-including your boat, battery charging station, fire pit, huge porch, hammock and much more. Children will enjoy 2 swings, a tree fort and a fully equipped playhouse. Play area is remote from neighbors and roads. All on an acre w/ a small creek. As your host less than 5 minutes away, I'll do my best to make your stay wonderful!

Have fun with the whole family at our beautifully modern cottage by Lake Texoma. With less than a 10 minute drive to the lake, you can enjoy water activities and various hikes during your stay. Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

Spring is in the air! Pool is open! Enjoy an evening around the fire pit with an outdoor movie under the stars. We are close to many marinas and casinos. Large wrap around porch. Play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or giant connect four while enjoying the 3 acres of outdoor space. Less than 1 mile to the sandy beach of Lake Texoma. Stand up paddle boards are available for use. Truck or small SUV needed to transport lake items. Board games and children’s toys inside

Walk to beach/boat ramp from Happy Cow Efficiency

Preston Peninsula efficiency is 5 min walk to sandy beach, and 2 min drive to boat launch. Has full kitchen, laundry facilities, walk-in shower, and separate dressing room. There is a full size bed, a full size futon couch, and foldout foam cushion if you need extra. Ruku TV, and plenty of table top and drawers to spread out luggage. Brick patio out front to sit and relax. Driveway in front. Fishing guides pick you up on way to boat ramp.
