Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

This downtown living, second floor suite is located one block from the Ellensburg Farmers Market, four blocks from CWU, and eight blocks from the Ellensburg Rodeo. Suite 4 is fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a pull-out queen sleeper couch, dining area, bar seating, and fully equipped kitchen with a compact style fridge & oven. The living room has 50” TV, with cable and Wifi. Free parking. Stair access only, no elevator. There are 19 steps in the stairs and 3 Suites total upstairs.
