Come and relax in this newly refurbished vintage home with your friends and family. Pricing varies with group size. This four bedroom home boasts a fully furnished new kitchen including coffee, tea, and spices. There are original hardwood floors throughout. A wraparound porch has seating for your enjoyment in the warmer months. There is a one bedroom apartment within the home with the only shared space being the entryway. Quiet times are between 10 pm and 8 am. Roku TV and WiFi are provided.

Tailwind Cottage

A rural farm-stay retreat, located on a drowsy country lane! Our property includes flower gardens and an event barn. There are plenty of day adventures throughout the area, although we won’t blame you if you don't want to leave! We flipped our garage into this cozy guesthouse with vintage, earthy, Bohemian vibes. You'll find good coffee and special touches here. Eat al fresco in the Binzebo or meditate amongst flowers! Be still - you might hear sandhill cranes, owls, pheasants or coyotes.

Quiet log cabin and remote location great for relaxing and getting away. 1 hour drive of Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. 40 min from Mason City, 8 mi. from Osage, IA. 9 mi. from lake Hendricks in Riceville, IA where there is great fishing, beach swimming and river canoeing available! Lots of wildlife to observe and housebroke pets welcome. Fire pit, sauna, large deck for grilling. Longer stays most welcomed. Putting green, so bring putter and chipping wedge. Archery target for field tip arrows.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

We are located about two miles north of Seed Savers, three miles from Winneshiek Wildberry Winery, seven miles from Luther College, nine miles from downtown Decorah, and 13 miles from Toppling Goliath.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.

Trout Creek Cabin

The cabin sits in a valley on the South Fork of the Root River. Fire pit, hot tub and 2 large patios both with outdoor dining, steps away from the trout stream make this unique property a peaceful, romantic get away. A short drive from the Root River bike trail and Lanesboro making it easy to take advantage of the best historic bluff country has to offer.

Has outdoor fire pit. Firewood included. Enjoy paddle boating and kayaking on the pond. 1 paddle boat and 2 kayaks are included in your stay.
