Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Great freeway access, and located in the adorable walkable neighborhood of Highland Park. It has several shops and restaurants only two or three blocks away. Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, and coffee maker. We do not have an oven. This is the place studio is ready to make you feel right at home in Salt Lake!

The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Being in the upper avenues of Salt Lake City this place has beautiful views of the impressive mountains with the city below. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the front porch and back deck. A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.
