The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Ivy Studio has its own driveway leads to its own courtyard. It is as small foot printed as it does have everything you need for a home outside of your home stay. Large shower, queen bed. It also features an air conditioner and heater, a mini fridge, a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. There is a desk can be opened to double it's size when needed.
