Close to shopping easy access to hwy 10 and hwy 303 . Also close to all west valley spring training facilities. Will have access to entire house driveway will hold 3 to 4 vehicles. Garage and office will be locked Easy access via text, phone or email. If I am not in the city I have a co host available 24/7 The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to walking trails close by. Uber is the best transportation if needed. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly. No children are allowed to access the backyard either without being supervised by an adult. Our pool is not heated but does get lots of sunlite

Newly built ranch style home is situated on a quiet circle with views of the Estrella Mountains. This home is beautifully landscaped and it has a private pool (heated for an extra fee) and a separate heated spa. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,300 square feet in all. There are 2 master suites, a 3rd bedroom, a casita with it’s own entrance and 1 large main open living area which is great for entertaining. The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium!
