Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Private & quiet with A/C. An Airbnb favorite! :-) Note: Rates vary based on demand. Summer/winter rates differ.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!
