Vrijstaand vakantiehuis aan het water.

Zeer luxe ingericht vakantiehuis direct aan het water met een 13 meter lange aanlegsteiger voor een zeilboot of visboot (ook te huur). Binnen een paar minuten vaar je naar het Volkerak. Het water staat ook in verbinding met het Haringvliet en het HD. Het huis is centraal gelegen voor een dagje Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) of het Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Ook gezellige stadjes in Zeeland zijn niet ver weg. De voor toeristen populaire stad Rotterdam is maar 25 minuten met de auto.

Deze unieke accommodatie heeft een geheel eigen stijl en is centraal gelegen in het Westland. Naaldwijk is een gezellig dorp met ruimschoots mogelijkheden om heerlijk te eten of wat te winkelen. Het strand is op een kwartiertje afstand gelegen met de auto. Buiten dat het een hele fijne, rustige plek is waar je je terug kan trekken is er ook een ruimte om lezingen/workshops/ceremonies te organiseren. Waarbij de b&b gebruikt kan worden voor de deelnemers om te overnachten.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Het huisje grenst direct aan de prachtige (familie-) Camping Stavenisse en er kan kosteloos van 2 (kleine) zwembaden, voetbalveld etc. gebruik gemaakt worden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
