The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

We have a small quirky and historic detached property located in the St Thomas area of Exeter, perfect for one or two guests. Wi-Fi, lounge TV with Firestick & bedroom TV with Chromecast. Bedding & towels, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk will be waiting for you on your arrival There is a fridge, air fryer, microwave, & twin hotplates, with cooking utensils such as pans and plates, glasses, mugs & cutlery There is no designated parking, however free on street parking is available.

Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

The Heavitree Hideaway

Welcome to our secluded studio cabin with its own private garden. The Heavitree Hideaway is a 15 min walk from Exeter city centre, a 10 min walk from the Hospital & a 4 min walk from Waitrose supermarket. The peaceful garden area is fenced off at the end of our own long garden. Independent access is via a keypad at the side passage of our house The spacious wetroom/toilet has an electric shower & hot water sink which is separate to the studio but accessed via a covered decking area

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

You will have your own self contained lower ground floor flat with its own entrance, kitchen, shower room, lounge and king size bedroom. Perfect location and only a short drive to town and the M5. Free off road parking. Bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Use it as a base to explore the rest of Devon including the stunning coastline and breath taking Dartmoor National Park.
