Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Mellan Kronovalls slott och Mariavall kloster ligger detta åretrunt utrustade charmiga torp i kanten till skogen. I princip bilfritt då huset är sist på vägen. Här råder lugnet. Närmsta granne ca 700 m. Närmsta trafikerade väg ligger 800 m bort. Fantastiska promenadstråk med god chans för möte med allehanda djur såsom kronhjort, rådjur, räv, tranor m.m. Svamp och bärplockning inpå knutarna. Här kan du verkligen finna ro. Endast 15-20 min bilväg till bad, affärer, restauranger och sevärdheter.

The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. A bed sofa in the living room, can be used for two extra adults. Private entrance with both private and shared outdoor spaces. Friendly 🐓 are part of the common spaces. Enjoy!

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

Bo i ett unikt boende i ett lugnt hörn av vackra Österlen. Njut av lugnet och enskildheten vid ån som rinner förbi denna unika byggnad. Brandstationen som byggdes 1930 renoverades fullständig till drömboende 2018 och har sedan dess inte bara tjänat som fritidshus utan har också varit med i både Svensk och Tysk TV samt massor av tidningsreportage. Här bor upp till 8 personer bekvämt med allt man behöver. Närhet till stränder och mysiga byar ingår.
