We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. After parking on the property, access through a private garden gate. Pass over the patio to enter the studio apartment. Stepping down to enter the homey space you’ll enjoy acomfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and kitchen. Empty drawers greet you in the dressers . San Francisco is 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. A great way to see the sites; allowing you prepare some light meals between savoring the local cuisines. The Valley Cottage Inn is nestled in the Vineyards of Suisun Valley, which is just 20 minutes from the World renowned Napa Valley. Several wineries with tasting rooms are nearby. Hiking and mountain biking at Rockville Park and road cycling the country roads are popular outdoor activities. Jelly Belly Factory, golf and Six Flags Amusement park are all within a 15 minute drive. We are 45 miles from San Francisco in one direction and 45 miles from Sacramento in the other direction.

Dogtown Oakland Suite

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Recently renovated, with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.
