There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

Canal Retreat-10 mins to Havelock-15 mins Beaufort

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

This Waterfront Home is located in the gated resort community of Fairfield Harbour. Bring your boat or fish from the backyard. Swim, Play Tennis & work out at the Community Rec Center. Play a round of golf. Take a walk along the greenway. Watch the family play cornhole in the backyard. Play a board game or enjoy our 80's Style Arcade Games. Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
