This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Our 3 rules: no smoking no pets (sorry, no exceptions) no grilling or bonfires (we're surrounded by trees!) Some things to note: we have a microwave & small fridge at the cabin, and our restaurant is open for dinner and there's a little market open late just next door!

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. Drones are not allowed on the premise. No smoking is allowed on the premise. The use of marijuana or any other drugs on the premise of the property is strictly prohibited. There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking and drug use on the premise.

The guest room/suite B is a 1 bed 1 bath, private entrance, equipped with all the essentials. It is a perfect stop for the lone travelers, couples or the business professionals. Next to it are stores like Walmart, Smart n Final, Trader Joe's, etc. and restaurants on the historical route 66, and for motorcycle clubs that use it. The nearby fwy 210, 605 and Metro Gold Line will take you to anywhere in Southern CA. Please stay for a good night here.
