The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Spend your day watching wildlife on the porch, beachcombing, or visit the many attractions nearby. Cafes, restaurants, artisans, groceries and seafood markets are all just a short drive away. Across from Little Tribune Bay, and a 7 minute walk to Big Tribune Beach, this loft style cabin offers true serenity on Hornby Island. Set at the back of a peaceful ten acre blueberry farm this little 'gem' is quiet and secluded. Suitable for a couple and one child. Electric heat and wood stove. Full kitchen with everything you will need for a holiday! Everything supplied, except sheets and towels. * we currently don’t allow dogs but may consider them at certain times of year- ask us!

Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.
