It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 75” HD TV with SKY & Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

A beautiful, relaxing riverside lodge located at Isleham Marina. Set in open countryside with access to rural walks, swimming, cycling and bird watching. The lodge has fishing rights. Isleham village and Mildenhall stadium are a 30 minute walk away. The village has pubs, Co-Op store, restuarant and take away. Fishing lake available for day and night tickets £10 for day £20 for 24 h. You wouldn't realise you are just minutes from the local town King's Lynn meaning nearby there is lots to do.
