The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

This self-catering accommodation is within a converted barn that has been beautifully restored, situated on the owner’s working arable farm, surrounded by stunning views and farmland. The Linhay is a collection of self-catering accommodation at Holmewood Estate, and The Burrow provides a characterful open plan kitchen/living space and bedroom with ensuite on one floor and parking for one car.
