The Grace Clark House is a renovated old farmhouse with an open floor plan surrounded by meadows and woods. The Saint Regis River is just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and snowmobiling. The are (4) Queen bunk beds and includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St. Lawrence River and Canada.
