Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

There is plenty of off-street fenced parking for the boat, caravan, or jetski. Plus a bus stop is right out the front. The Unit is located at the back of the property with a main residence at the front.

Outside the patio overlooks bush land and Burnett River with seating and bbq. 10 minutes to shopping centre and restaurants, 15 minutes to Bundaberg CBD. We do not allow dogs onsite, this is for their own safety as our property is not fully fenced.

There's a brand new kitchen, comfy bed, study desk, air-condition and smart TV for your convenience. There is no washing machine in the unit, you will be able to use the one inside of the main house.
