The bedroom is tucked away in the back so you can get a good nights sleep and the balcony is upfront facing iberville. You have all the amenities included a TV in the bedroom and living room. P.S. there is NO PARKING included but there are many parking lots close by. This is a second floor unit so there are some stairs.
