The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away!
