An eco friendly and spacious tiny cabin built on a private 1/2 acre portion of a mini sustainable farm. The rustic country retreat offers full privacy and fenced in front yard, the back yard has a pond, fire pit, picnic table, and a screened in porch, with a bbq and dining table and lounge. The property is tucked in on a tree lined private road with just a few cabins on it and directly under the mountain ridge. It is located steps from wild flower farms, and full circle coffee shop/bakery.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee.
