We designed our guesthouse with the comfort seeking guest in mind. Enjoy our comfy plush beds, soft bed linens, luxurious towels, and complimentary bath amenities for your ultimate getaway. Complimentary snack and beverage selections are also provided in our efficient kitchenette (no stove) which can accommodate light meals. Our 2nd floor guesthouse offers ductless HVAC to provide the ultimate comfort AC or heating as needed. Many guests comment on our relentless pursuit of cleanliness.

A skylit space with original artwork and an eclectic mix of MCM and antiques let you enjoy beauty both inside and out. Mornings greet you with views of the Gunks, while evenings offer vivid sunsets from the cozy fire pit. Watch skydivers floating overhead, courtesy of the Parachute Ranch down the road, hike the nearby Mohonk Preserve, or enjoy the rail trail just a five minute walk from your door.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

Historic 1750s Farmhouse Apartment

Come explore the Hudson Valley from our newly renovated modern farmhouse apartment in a serene, bucolic setting. Located at the boundary of the towns of Gardiner and Shawangunk, beneath the beautiful Shawangunk ridge, there are plenty of adventures to be had! Hiking, biking, climbing, yoga class, and even sky diving are right here! And when you tire of all the outdoor fun, check out local wine, cider, and whiskey tastings, antiques shopping, and delicious local restaurants.

Tiny cottage on DiR mini farm

A custom made tiny cottage, located on a private tree lined road with just a few houses on it. The design style is farmhouse rustic with original details. It is private, fully equipped, and centrally located. The front of the cottage has a sun drenched porch equipped with lounge chairs and bbq. The back of the cottage is has a screened in porch, an outdoor huge tub and lounge. It is facing a beautiful pond, a fire pit and deep woods and vibrant nature.

Bluebell - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Bluebell is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. It is gorgeous, bringing you as close to nature as possible without giving up any of the luxuries in life! 450 sq ft of living in the round, it includes a full ensuite bathroom (in the yurt), and your own private deck, firepit, and barbecue outside. We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.
