Stunning house, stunning sea views and gardens

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. Two bicycles are provided, ridden at guests' own risk and the beautiful Five Fingers Strand is a short cycle or walk away. The hottub is also available for guests.

An end of terrace townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the seaside village of Castlerock. This modern and comfortable townhouse includes sitting room, kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and double bedroom and bathroom. There is parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear patio and paved area. The main Pellipar Gatelodge and the smaller sister Gatelodge are beautifully restored 18th century Gatelodges to Pellipar House which allows private walks and cycling through the avenues of the main woodland estate. Enjoy salmon and trout fishing on the River Roe which flows through the Estate. Stunning views of the River Roe, fields and surrounding countryside are to be enjoyed from the elevated living and sun-room areas.
