Visitors have a large beach with dock access and a firepit for evening. We are located near wineries,breweries,restaurants and shopping. Approximately 10 minutes to Geneva, 20 minutes to Del Lago Casino, 15 minutes to Waterloo and Seneca Falls ( Woman’s Hall of Fame), 40 minutes to Ithaca and WatkinsGlen.

There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach.
