The apartment is on the second floor - 6 steps from the driveway to the front door and 16 steps from the first floor to the second floor with it's own two private entrances. There is No Smoking allowed on the property and No Pets, failure to abide by the rules will result in a $250 charge for extra cleaning personnel, also No Parties or Events allowed.
