This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

We are central to the Granite Belt wineries, easy access to Girraween National Park and the historical town of Tenterfield. We are a working farm with a herd of alpacas , miniature donkeys and other farm animals. Enjoy staying in our cottage with picturesque views of the mountains and surrounding farmland . If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.
