Newly built carriage house in a quiet rural neighbourhood that’s also minutes from grocery store and other conveniences. Easy access to lots of walking trails that connect Upper and Lower Gibsons- using the trail you are a 10 minute walk to Secret beach. In Lower Gibsons you will find a variety of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, the Gibsons Public Market, and Marina and Boardwalk. Upper Gibsons offers shopping, cafes, the Blackfish pub, and the 101 Brewery and Distillery.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Enjoy a Micro Cabin experience at this centrally located acreage in Upper Gibsons. The Shanty is a Micro Cabin with a bedroom Loft and outdoor trough tub on our 2.5 acre property on Reed Road. This Cabin is a super funky, private and has a laid back feel. Our property is within walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

Come relax and enjoy a quiet, comfy stay on a country farm. The spacious open plan studio suite features a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, television and wifi. We are dog friendly and welcome sociallized, neutered/spade dogs to romp in the yard with our four. We have limited cooking facilities (toaster oven, induction stove-top and BBQ) and encourage our guests to support the local restaurants.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
