Its located in a quiet setting just steps away from all the action at Alyeska Resort and many other great Girdwood attractions. The large 1-BR 1-BA space can sleep/entertain 6 people comfortably. It includes a spacious front patio area complete with Hot Tub!! Perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying one of Alaska's unmatched sunsets.

Unique modern loft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Cool A/C in bedroom, spiral staircase, sunny floor-to-ceiling windows and live plants. Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Cupples Cottage #1: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 2 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.

Step outside and you're already on the mountain, with easy access to skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Start your day with breakfast downstairs at The Bake Shop, spend the day exploring the mountain or town, and then unwind at either the Sitzmark or Jack Sprat while enjoying great food and drinks!

Gorgeous and eclectic Alaskan home right in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. This home is comfortable and artistic while still offering the convenience of downtown life.
