The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

The Vienna studio was inspired by Architecture Digest. I wanted to design the space with thoughtfulness, hand picked art and furniture but consider comfort and luxury sheets for the coziest sleep. My hope is that people come here to get inspiration and enjoy the area. We are located two blocks from the boulevard making it easy to enjoy trendy Los Angeles. We are near Universal Studios, The Americana mall, Griffith Park and we are walking to local shops, eateries and bars.

You also must be a dog lover, we have 2 Labradoodles.

Our gated property is situated on the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains, a safe and most desirable part of Burbank, great area for walking and hiking. Downtown Burbank is about 10-12 min walk. Evenings and nights are very quiet and serene.
