This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
