The main living area features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a coffee bar. Fully equipped and modern kitchen with dining island, great for gathering for meals or just hanging out. Downstairs, there’s a second living area with foosball and a wet bar. In the summer, hike the local trails or golf at the Granby Ranch Golf just down the road.
