Our freshly redone, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, cabin sits on 2/3 of an acre, across from Shadow Mountain, among Aspen, with 2 natural springs flowing, across from a Private Wetland where Moose, Elk, and Deer, can be found in our grassy yard. The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. We are close to HWY 34. $50 pet fee , max 2.

Brand New Cabin at Rocky Mountain National Park

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Our home features a private deck with a hot tub to relax in, a grill and beautiful views! The main level is an open floor plan with a full kitchen, large island, dining table for 6 and cozy living area. You will find the primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the main level. Downstairs is a large living space with a wet bar, large comfortable couch with a smart TV. Downstairs is where you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is 1 car garage also!
