Located in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City, this sunny getaway overlooks the main street of town, and is just steps away from cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, events, and the nightlife on Broad Street. The apartment has a sunny living room, large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate study with writing desk, a kitchen, dining area, and more. It is an easy walk to the Deer Creek Tribute trail and suspension bridge. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets allowed.

Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint and cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, the wifi is not great. There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.
