Little Lodge

Little Lodge is a comfortable self contained small house, perfect for a relaxing leisure break or for working away from home. Upstairs it has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed. A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Nestled beside a manor house and surrounded by five acres of gardens, this sumptuous and comfortable open-plan barn offers a relaxing countryside retreat. Ideally located near the charming market towns of Hungerford and Marlborough, it provides the perfect base for exploring the local area. The barn is ideal for a couple or a single guest seeking a quiet and comfortable stay. In the morning, guests can enjoy a simple breakfast selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade.

Swallows' Nest

Swallows' Nest is a 2 bedroom stable/barn conversion. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The farm is criss - crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas, emus and other farmyard animals.

Woodland cabin on edge of the forest

A spacious, self-contained cabin with luxurious underfloor heating. The cabin is situated at the edge of the forest, just outside the picturesque village of Great Bedwyn. Guests are welcome to use the cabin's woodland garden. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village which has a fabulous pub, community cafe, post office shop with bakery, and grocery store. Ideal for nature lovers or those looking for peace and quiet.
