Highlights include a hot tub for 7, full kitchen, game room, 2 fireplaces & full bar. Near skiing, hiking, biking, farms & villages, but you may not want to leave the house. ;-)

Perched atop a knoll and shaded by a giant oak, the enchanting property hosts a juniper grove, apple trees, wildflowers, wild raspberries and blackberries. Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter .
