We are located minutes from Penn National Golf Course, Caledonia Golf Course and State Park, the Appalachian Trail, shopping and restaurants. Gettysburg, PA is a 30 min. drive away and DC is less than 2 hours from us. There are several ski resorts close by as well. We live out of town and settle in this home when we are in the area for a few weeks each year. We have attempted to make this space a home for ourselves that you will enjoy as well. Our daughter will be your host for your stay.

We are just 20 minutes from Hagerstown, MD, just 25 minutes from Whitetail Ski Resort and only 40 minutes from historic Gettysburg! Come find us!

Enjoy downtown Chambersburg in this biophilic, sustainable loft, central to local shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The building that houses the loft was erected in the 1890s, giving the space charm unique to the era. Wander down Main St get a feel for our quaint downtown. There is a rail to trail within one block of the space for exercising and biking. Chambersburg is a thirty minute drive to Gettysburg, and less than two hours from Baltimore and Washington DC.

Carlton Cottage

We’re so happy to share our home with you and hope you love it as much as we do! We lovingly renovated so many areas of this home and have worked so hard to make it comfortable and welcoming! Room for multiple couples or a family with our four comfortable bedrooms, and space to spread out, indoors and out. Enjoy the spacious backyard deck and cozy fire pit! The Little White House

Relax on the farm with a peaceful view and rural atmosphere, with the convenience of being close to local attractions. Located close to I81, it’s a favorable location but private setting. Within 10-20 minutes of Chambersburg restaurants, shopping, hospital and activities. Also about a 30 minute drive to historic Gettysburg, PA! The farm is active with 2 cows and 3 (way too friendly) cats. We are a small family wanting to share out beautiful piece of land with all who visit!

Stylish apartment at this centrally-located Study on Main St! With painted exposed bricked, original hardwood floors, a full kitchen with quartz countertops, heating and AC. You will love this stylish yet comfortable space located in the heart of downtown Chambersburg, close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, the courthouse and our public library! *We ask that all guests sign a renters agreement and hold a $100 security deposit upon booking in case of damages*

The Garden House is inspired by nature and relaxation which makes a great destination spot. Every room in the house captures attention by the simplistic design. It is located beside an esthetically gorgeous greenhouse which makes a great place to shop. It is also located close to Downtown and 81 which provides local shopping, fantastic restaurants and breweries! Hope you have a wonderful stay with us!

Whether its historical sight-seeing, culturally diverse restaurants, or local craft beer, there is plenty to see and do in this area. Built in 2021, this apartment is on the lower level of our custom built home. It also has a fully equipped gym. Pet friendly, No smoking, No parties.
