Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

Unique Shepherd's Hut

Situated in a south facing corner of a paddock with its own garden and lovely views' ‘The Waggon’ was completed in 2018, using old and repurposed materials. Stained glass windows and polished hardwood panelling are blended with mod cons, it is full of character. Well equipped with double bed, en suite shower room, kitchen area, wood burner for the chilly weather plus a separate spacious storage shed for bikes coats and muddy boots!

Quiet Peaceful Garden Annex - Heart of Norfolk

Our cosy property offers you privacy in our garden. Fishing lakes are opposite. Lots of lovely villages nearby. About 45 mins to the coast, Norwich 25 mins and several National Trust properties nearby Elsing offers a church, woods and long countryside walks from the front door We are not suitable for young children. One well behaved dog is welcome, but not to be left unattended. Secure bike storage available. Parking

Halfway cottage the place to stay for your Norfolk getaway. A 3 bedroomed,2 bathroom recently refurbished estate cottage. Ideal for families, comfortably sleeps 6 and is dog friendly. There’s plenty of free off road parking and an enclosed private garden. Guist Clock Cafe & Shop attached, the perfect place to get your essentials and don’t forget to get your free coffee and slice of cake available to guests.

Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
