Our spacious, pet friendly, newly renovated, completely private apartment has a large, open concept kitchen, dining, living area - with plenty of room for the whole gang. We have 3 bedrooms - that sleep up to 10 comfortably. We are Steps to Gunstock mountain Resort, 10 minutes to "The Weirs". We are in the center of all the Lakes Region has to offer! We do have neighbors in close proximity. If you plan on partying like rock stars this is not your place.

The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Relax at the house or enjoy one of the many activities in the Lakes Region. Our A-Frame home is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort and the Gilford town beach at Lake Winnipesaukee. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 queens, and 1 full, and 1.5 bathrooms. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach/ bike week.
