Perfect central location, sleeps 6 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The loft is located in downtown Guntersville convenient to several restaurants. The historic building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level, so there is a separate entrance and exit for guest. The downstairs is a Spa owned by cultivated beauty. The arcade area is where guest can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked.

NOT A HOTEL. Come enjoy this 1970's A-frame with a gorgeous view of Guntersville Lake, complete with a stock tank pool and stock tank hot tub! (Tubs close in below freezing temps. Closed for January & February.) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard boasts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!

Fishing or swimming from the dock, is just a short walk out the back door. Also you can dock your boat in the covered boat house.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony.
