Treetop sleeps 2, or 3 in a pinch. Must discuss well behaved children 6 or older as the deck is high. Owners/guests use garage/laundry below the studio. SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
