The house has A/C throughout using 3 split air units. Very short walk to the Pink Sand Beach, restaurants, and Romora Bay marina for sunsets, food, & drinks... There are two additional semi-detached rear studio suites with their own entrances that can be rented with the house or independently. The crow’s nest temporary not available.
