Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. A small cottage surrounded on all sides by nature yet with easy access to a host of different activities. The focus of Hill Top Cottage is peace, quiet and chickens! We have 13 penned-in pet chickens that live on the premises. They are young but already love to be feed fruits/veggies thru their fencing! We're 5 minutes away from the Conowingo Dam for eagle watching, and close to Fairhill Nature Ctr, Great Wolf Lodge/Casino and many State Parks, hiking trails and kayaking & fishing options.

You have a grocery store, dollar store, Target, Walgreens, Planet Fitness, and restaurants in five minutes. Historic Havre de Grace, Ripken Stadium, Vineyards, Boating, and Golfing, only ten minutes. Baltimore and Stadiums are only 35 minutes down I95. The house is spotless and fully loaded with all the comforts of home—pet and chemical-free space.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Close to downtown Bel Air as well as 95! Fully appointed space that is dog friendly w a fenced yard! Stocked kitchenette, private bedroom and designated work space w wifi. Wifi & wifi speaker, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, electric fireplace. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

A sunny second story cottage apartment on a farm. Come enjoy our guest cottage loft! The kitchen with beautiful stone counters and full amenities has an old pine table that is a great spot to enjoy breakfast as you look out over the pastures. We are close to all the local horsing events and breweries, 30 minutes from the highway. Please note, this is the country and there are critters of all shapes and sizes out here! Some noise may travel between units.

Delightful 12x16 Glamping Gazebo/Tent

Rustic/Glamping Gazebo/Tent situated privately on our property (backyard) of 1.5 acres in a residential neighborhood. As it says Rustic and “Glamping”..meaning an upgraded camping experience, but by no means can we offer the same comfort temperature wise as an indoor setting. A fun stop for the night, or enjoy a full evening with a movie and firepit. Also, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area, as well several local breweries.

Your family will be wowed by this NEW waterfront 5 bedroom home with a home office, TWO balconies. Indulge in birdwatching (spot a bald eagle? ), boating and jet skiing!
