Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Escape to this peaceful quiet couple getaway, located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries on the beautiful St. Joe River. This 600 sq. ft. waterfront one bedroom guest suite is fully furnished, living room, kitchenette, covered deck. A private location. The guesthouse is detached from our estate. You’ll never know we are in the far detached main home. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. Lots of wildlife. The Mill House enforces a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE !! If a quaint and organized small place works for you, then enjoy this studio layout with a bathroom, pub table, kitchenette-microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker -LOADS of personal grooming amenities - Speedy Wifi-42 inch TV-Free Streaming Netflix/Amazon Prime. FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Woodland Beach Drive Lake House w/Private Hot Tub

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.

Lakeside Tiny House

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront two story cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Enjoy lakeside patios for bon fires, fishing and boats to use. Sedlemayer's lakefront restaurant is directly across from us a short paddle away. Near Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Built in 1925 and updated in 2020, this home is warmly decorated & cozily furnished. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to make certain that your time here is unforgettable. Located within an hour and a half radius from four major ski and snowboard resorts: Schweitzer Mountain, Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, and Mount Spokane.
