Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. Simple cabin with ample parking

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quick access off Route 2 and just minutes from Interstate 95. One room open concept cabin with a loft. 1 queen size bed in the loft, bunk twin beds down stairs, full bathroom with shower, full kitchen with pots/pans and utensils. Ladder to loft is just that, fairly steep and narrow. The address for this location is not recognized on maps. Directions will be provided. No wifi, no tv. Unplug and enjoy.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
