There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Enjoy the wildlife, escape the city, relax and unwind in nature. CLOSE supervision must be taken with younger children near the lake. No parties or pets allowed.

Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

The Deli House A quaint cottage attached to one of Bunbury's old Icons The Charles Street Deli. This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.
