You’ll love my cosy cottage as space surrounding the unique cottage affords total privacy in a beautiful orchard garden displaying a lovely rural ambiance. There's also a free carport for car/boat, only 1 km from town. My homely retreat is ideal for couples, cyclists, solo travellers, hikers, fishermen, businessmen or anyone celebrating an anniversary or a wedding.

The Rimu Hut - Cosy Bush Escape

A tramping-style A-frame chalet nestled against rimu trees on the edge of a stunning 15-acre native forest block close to the Hunua Ranges in rural South Auckland. Built by the owners using macrocarpa timber grown on the property, it was intended to be a place where their grandchildren could enjoy sleepovers in the forest and afternoon adventures. They soon realised though, that such a special place should be shared so they decided to make it available to others. Cosy in winter, cool in summer!

Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand.
