Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. "Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses.
