The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden.
